Premise:
A 21 year old college student literally gets shoved into a magical realm with no knowledge of where or what the hell they really are.

We meet the character in the airport on her way home to Phoenix from Atlanta, Georgia where she has been studying. On her way up to airport security checks, at the end of the escalator stands an ominous figure. The figure waits for her to reach the top of the escalator and pushes her down the escalator. Before she blacks out she hears the figure whisper, "I'm sorry."
When she awakens, she finds herself in a tropical rainforest. she wakes up and looks around, and eventually looks at her own reflection in the water. In her reflection, she has 3 extra eyes on her forehead.
